Name: C. Roc

 C. Roc, C. Rizzy, or Ali Bey, these are the names but he is the man. C. Roc was born in New York City NY to a family of entertainers and musicians.  The second youngest of 6 children and son of Charles and Helen Harrison, C. Roc grew up in Harlem, NY surrounded with music.  At the age of twelve, he began the cultivation of his talents as a musician.

As a devoted musician, C. Roc spent his formative years learning and playing his instruments in his family’s band and with various local musicians. He grew up in an era of the late 70’s sound and the sounds of the 80’s.  With local musicians such as Teddy Riley, Keith Sweat, Leroy Burgess and the Aleems, Fearless Four, Chic, etc… He was bound to be a well rounded musician.

From the piano to guitar to bass guitar and even the drums, C. Roc’s growth and development has had a flavorful recipe: Jazz, classical and powerful soul music mixed with contemporary rhythms and blues and laced with Rock, C. Roc has seemed to conquer them all. From Hip Hop to Pop, you can hear his productions on projects today.

C. Roc is one of the owners of Brothers & Sisters Entertainment LLC. Along with Khaliq Bey, Sistah Browne and Re-Re Browne. Being the lead producer of Brothers & Sisters Entertainment/Major Jam Productions Inc., C. Roc has managed to take B.S.E..MJP to another level of production. With C. Roc being the lead producer and well sort after, he was able to help put B.S.E./MJP on the map with these productions under his belt: Whodini-MCA, Doctor Ice/Full Force-MCA, Professor Griff-Luke Records, Bush Babees-Warner Bros., Trick Daddy-Slip-N-Slide, Tyrese-RCA, Fundisha-Epic, Men Of Vision-MJJ/Sony, Horace Brown-Motown, Sygnature-Sony, J-Shin/Latocha Scott-Slip-N-Slide, Trina-SlipNSlide/Atlantic,Ruff Endz-Epic/Sony, J-Remy/DJ Enuff-Kinetic/BMG, Selena Johnson-Jive, Martha Walsh, Patti Labelle-Def Jam, Nick Canon-Jive, Petey Pablo-Jive, Society-Slip-N-Slide, and now with Von Sway, K.O.-Lition, Rainah and Juice.

In the studio, C. Roc transforms yet to a level beyond his years and delivers a performance on recordings that are both melodic and energetic.  What makes C.
